Someone is moving the pins on the MB for a specific reason... possibly they were only planning to sell BRG ARGB devices but didn't. In the ARGB software or BIOS, you might be able to rearrange them if not, otherwise you'd need to cut and re-solder the wires.

it uses three pins, so it might not function as expected. i recall it works best with four pins.

oh right haha ya some move around the pins on the mb for w/e reason... maybe they were only going to sell brg rgb devises but then didn't... posably in the rgb software or bios you might be able to swap them around if not might have to cut and re solder the wires.
