Use an Ubuntu Live USB to connect with MacOS files.
I created a Ubuntu Live USB so you can reach your MacOS files easily without dealing with hidden folders. It functions properly except for the issue accessing MacOS files. When I try to open the drive, it returns an error code. I’m open to generating a different type of live USB key for Mac access.
It seems your Mac is running APFS, which isn't fully supported on Linux yet. A paid solution from Pargon can handle read/write operations, or you could create a read-only fuse tool—see the guide at https://linuxnewbieguide.org/how-to-moun...-in-linux/. It would be better if macOS managed this task directly. Displaying hidden files is straightforward.
When FileVault is enabled, it’s unlikely to occur. Simply press Shift+Command+ to see system directories.
