my laptop has unique custom buttons that worked with Windows 7 on a Dell system, but with Windows 10 those functions stopped working. now I have a fresh Windows 10 setup and need the drivers again. none of the buttons respond when pressed, and I want to turn off my monitor easily—especially when I press the Windows key plus L to lock it. (p.s. they are real physical buttons)

I also reinstalled the HP Smart Button tools on my laptop following the Windows 10 setup, and they function properly. Have you attempted to install them?
