Are you sure about this? Streaming online probably won’t improve much compared to Twitch or YouTube Gaming, and latency is likely to remain an issue.

Twitch offers a typical 30-second delay. Back then you could reduce it to around 10 seconds. Skype provides similar performance for both audio and video. It's nearly impossible to achieve perfectly latency-free streaming over the web. Some delay will always remain, no matter how high your upload speed is compared to someone else's mobile connection.
