There are alternative methods to capture your signature digitally. You can try writing it on paper, photographing it with your iPhone, and then uploading the image into Acrobat Reader for copying. This approach avoids the mouse input issue you're experiencing.
Filling & Signing focuses on entering text into PDF forms or inserting a pre-saved signature. The Draw/Sketch feature is distinct—it lets you create your signature using the mouse or touch. It may feel a bit awkward, but that’s typical. For hand-drawing your signature, choose the Draw option.
