Hello! For your old PC, the best option is to choose the USB drive that contains the Ubuntu installation media. If you have a USB flash drive with a bootable USB image, select "USB-FDD" or "USB-ZIP" depending on your setup. Avoid booting from floppy disks or CDROM unless you're using them as backup.
