I have two HDDs, I started from the first one. The OS and drivers are installed there. I need to remove the OS and drivers from the first drive. My idea is to delete the folders called Windows and Windows Update (please confirm if that's right). But I’m not sure how to delete drivers on another drive.
Do you possess any crucial documents on HDD 2? Please erase everything completely if necessary. If so, would you like to transfer them to HDD 1 to clear HDD 2, or are they incompatible with it? If relocation isn't possible, consider removing all system folders from HDD 2 to avoid running an operating system there; though some remnants may remain, formatting and starting fresh is advisable. Regarding external storage, most applications should reside within the Windows directory, though some store elsewhere. P.S. If you have several partitions, you might consolidate them into one—possibly expanding it first—and then wipe the one containing drivers and system files before merging the remaining partitions back together.
