I recently acquired a new Corsair case and added some fans, but my motherboard only has limited USB ports. I purchased a USB splitter hoping it would help, but when I connect anything to it, the computer detects the ports but I can't adjust the RGB settings on the fans. Anyone have a solution for this?

You're unsure about the required components. Do you need RGB lighting or USB ports? Is it a USB splitter (internal MB connector), PCIE n.0 4x, or an external hub? Please share your full system details, including power supply specifications.
