Hey there! I was considering getting a Logitec g502 Lightspeed and a PowerPlay mousepad. But then I realized you’ll need a powered USB connection to use the mousepad. I’m not sure if my motherboard (ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING II) supports that. Anyone have any advice?

You can power your device from a computer, and most modern systems support this feature.

All USB connections on the PC remain active even after the system shuts down. This feature isn’t available on the motherboard itself. To ensure continuous power, you’ll need a powered hub.
