I was just using my PC, then suddenly my mouse and keyboard stopped working. I plugged it in and tried other USB ports. Still nothing. Then I connected them to another PC and they worked! But my headphone jacks still don’t get power? Anyone knows what’s going on?

A driver failure or a power drop detected by your USB controller caused the ports to shut down. Remove all USB devices, then test the keyboard and mouse individually. If they still don't respond, press the power button on your PC for a clean shutdown. Wait a few minutes, then reconnect power to the keyboard and mouse before attempting to boot the system again.

I tried that but nothing happened. However, I discovered a small button on the motherboard called "Clear Comms." I pressed it and everything functioned properly. If I'm correct, this button resets the BIOS to its default settings. At least now everything works. Thanks for the assistance!
