You're experiencing problems with your ASRock steel legend X570 motherboard when connecting USB devices or an external hard drive. The device won't detect properly after being unplugged, and once replugged it stops working. Possible causes include driver issues, power management settings, or hardware conflicts. Try updating drivers, checking for firmware updates, ensuring stable power supply, and verifying USB ports are functioning correctly.

It might be the drivers or power-saving features that are responsible.

I've adjusted the settings in Power Options, but the devices aren't listed in Device Manager anymore.
