That's interesting... the picture you shared shows the correct cable. It should cost around $4.25 on Newegg, possibly less elsewhere. Just need to use just one row of pins.
I’m noticing this board has a USB header, which surprises me since I wasn’t expecting it. I’m planning to investigate further because it’s interesting. Another idea is to adapt a USB 3.0 internal header to a USB 2.0 header, then connect it with your micro-USB and power it up—essentially combining the cables. Maybe @wkdpaul can help with a splice diagram if he knows someone who can.
It seems hard to locate anything on Taobao or AliExpress, which means such a cable is uncommon even among Chinese sellers. The best alternative appears to be the ModDIY USB 2 header for microUSB mentioned by @Tristerin. There’s always a homemade solution, but it’ll require more effort. I can share pinouts and diagrams if you’re interested.
