Hey everyone, I posted earlier but wanted to share some updates on what I’ve been trying to fix. The problem seems to be with my USB headset cutting out intermittently while playing games. Sometimes it feels like the mouse is stuttering or stopping for a second. There’s no distinct disconnect sound from the headset itself, just brief interruptions. I’ve updated the motherboard BIOS, rearranged the USB dongles to check for interference, and even tried using the device in another system without success. I’m thinking it might be related to the motherboard, but I’m not sure which part is causing it. Any advice or insights would be super helpful!

Operate the system using only mouse and keyboard connected via USB. If this fails, switch to a different mouse and/or keyboard. Add another device if needed, repeat until issues appear. If you see any USB hubs in the picture, temporarily exclude them. When ports run out, remove one known faulty device and replace it with a new one. When problems persist, disconnect all but the mouse and keyboard, then isolate the suspected device. If this resolves the issue, it likely involves interaction between devices or excessive device count. Test the suspect in multiple ports—success in one port but not another suggests a faulty connection there. Use a known good device in the problematic port if possible. Essentially, start with the assumption everything could be broken and systematically eliminate each component.

Cool I'll try this right now, I just have my mouse and keyboard plugged into the PC and I have powered off the headset. Usually its just the headset I notice an issue with so I'll see hwo my mouse is and if I notice anything. I have speakers on my monitor too so I'll see if I hear any cutting out with that.
