When I power on my PC, it shows a USB Overcurrent warning and shuts down after 15 seconds. I inspect all ports for damage and check each pin for bending, but everything seems fine. I also tried resetting the CMOS, yet the issue persists. Please help me!

Disconnect one USB device at a time until the issue ceases, helping identify the faulty component. This applies to internal USB header devices as well.

You've already tested it and connected the USB panel to your motherboard without any changes.

I experienced the same problem recently, regardless of my actions. I attempted the best possible solution: sealed it in a large Tupperware and submerged it in 91% isopropyl alcohol for an entire school day. After returning home, I let it sit for a few hours before using a hair dryer to dry the SMCs thoroughly. It resolved the issue, and it’s functioning properly now.
