During installation of the Asus AI charger, all USB ports were turned off when Windows started. This wasn’t a previous issue. What steps can I take to resolve it?

Would you like to remove it? If you can't start in safe mode and delete it, then proceed.

Power on in safe mode. This can be done during startup or via the USB drive.

It seems everything is functioning properly now. Just need to initiate the automatic diagnostic.
