You haven't received an Ethernet connection yet, and you rely on USB tethering with your phone. Sometimes it drops and reconnects unexpectedly.

Have you connected a new cable? Are the power-saving features on your device turned off?

Connect via one of the USB ports on the IO panel or the case's USB port. If using a case USB, switch to a motherboard port instead.

On Android, some phones will limit network access when the screen goes off or if there is no interaction for a while to reduce power consumption. Try keeping your phone awake for as long as possible to see if you still get the network disconnection. Did you try a new cable as suggested? [Preferably, one for data and not just for charging.] Also, keep in mind that cellular signal coverage can be poor in your area. Check to see how many bars you're getting where the phone is now compared to when it's repositioned somewhere else closer to a window outside of visible obstructions.
