I own a Dell Latitude E6420 laptop. After installing a USB 3.0 Expresscard, it functioned properly. But when connecting my powered USB hub, it fails to detect it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Consider utilizing your laptop's service tag on Dell's support page and verify the BIOS version along with the chipset driver version on your device. If pending updates exist, proceed by updating the BIOS first, then install the newest chipset drivers manually to check if the card's performance improves.
