I checked the details and found that not all USB headers support multiple ports. Your motherboard likely only has one USB port, so using a splitter won't work directly. You could connect both front ports together, but you'd need a compatible adapter to link them to a USB 3.0 to USB-C device. Let me know if you want more options!

I've explored a comparable scenario but only have one USB 3.0 header and four slots in my new case. A suggestion is using the 3.1-c header with an adapter that matches this card: https://www.amazon.com/SilverStone-Techn...07R2MH4KV/
