It could help to reinstall the drivers, but since you said it didn’t work before, maybe start by checking the power limits. Just open the software I provided and click the "Limits" option under "PKG Power." This will display any restrictions on CPU or GPU power usage.

Completed the task. Upon launching Limits, the only visible entries are "EDP OTHER" in yellow for CPU and GPU, while nothing appears under Ring. Occasionally, "EDP OTHER" may not display at all.

Reviewed some benchmarks with comparable hardware and noticed v-sync might cap your FPS based on the screen's refresh rate. Look into the game's settings to verify if v-sync is active; if so, disable it. For Nvidia users, use the Control Panel instead. Adhere to this advice but set it to "Off" rather than "Forced on," then save your changes. Let me know if it improves your frame rate. Cheers.
