Normal CPU activity at startup is expected as programs load. A surge should ease within a few minutes. Persistent high GPU consumption is unusual—check which application is utilizing it from the screenshot.

Just run on GPU with copy, but the output still stays the same and doesn't stabilize.

yeah some programs uses the cpu but they are started using it so much only when this error apppeared and it still if you add everything up it will not be 73%

It works perfectly. I just entered it into the calculator, and it comes out as 73%.
