You're experiencing memory issues where most of your RAM is already occupied at startup, leading to slow performance and unresponsiveness. It seems the system struggles to allocate full memory even after a restart. You might want to check for background processes, free up space, or consider optimizing startup settings. If you share the screenshot, I can help analyze it further.

Check the "startup" section of Task Manager for unfamiliar entries or labels. Avoid enabling anything by default, except when necessary. Disable frequently used programs such as Steam and Chrome unless absolutely required.

I turned off all applications previously, yet RAM remains under heavy load occasionally.

It makes sense that everything is working smoothly with Zoom, Chrome, and Discord running. A fresh start on my laptop—equipped with 8GB RAM—using just Afterburner and ShareX leaves minimal usage, around 2.7 to 2.9GB.

He mentions it can spike to 100% at times. Consider turning off superfetch.
