The game is running smoothly on your 970, but it seems the GPU isn’t utilizing more than 50%. Could there be other factors affecting performance?

It seems to exceed 50% even with poor results, or your VSync might still be active.

Temperature is around 42°C, CPU load is near 80%, and VSync isn't active.

Performance drops significantly from 90FPS to around 30FPS. Not great.

Apparently dirty bomb has an issue with gpu power not scaling properly (and therefore not being used) due to poor optimization http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discus...-gpu-usage it's a know issue based on the info I've been seeing and I don't think there is a proper fix
