It seems the CPU cooler might have applied enough force to break the board. I’d skip any attempts to fix or restart it now. A damaged voltage sensor could send 12 volts straight to your CPU.

I tried to restart it several times, but it keeps failing. It seems the GPU and/or CPU might be damaged.

Consider changing your opinion and pay for the return shipping cost. Amazon may flag your account for any returns marked as defective, even if they work, and could block your address forever if this occurs often. Be truthful with your returns.

That sounds like a pretty common scenario. Amazon usually doesn’t thoroughly evaluate returns, and most cases end up with the item going to a warehouse or liquidation. The issue of fake reviews is mainly targeted at those who are paid to rate products beforehand.
