I assembled this system around five years ago and everything functioned properly. There were no problems initially. However, I chose to upgrade the BIOS because the last update was from 2018. I updated Crosshair VI HERO to the latest BIOS version, but it’s not working. The system displays a Qcode Ad and on the screen it prompts to press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS settings, but pressing F2, DEL, or F8 doesn’t resolve the issue. I’m using the link https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/B4rt997...iew=tTr8dC for this.
I checked the motherboard and found a CMOS button. Pressing it for 10 seconds before turning off the PC caused it not to work afterward.
I'm not familiar with an ASUS motherboard, just standard troubleshooting methods.
Was CSM aktiviert? Bei einem älteren Windows-Installationsbild mit MBR-Partitionstabelle könnte es erforderlich sein, CSM erneut zu aktivieren, um das Boot zu ermöglichen.
XMP will be turned off, requiring a reset to restore it. You may need to revert boot priority settings and consider returning to CSM or Legacy mode as suggested. ASUS might have enabled TPM and secure boot by default with their BIOS updates, which are "Windows 11 ready"; you should disable them if they were active without your intention.
It improves from the SSD where the Windows is set up for CSM. Decide whether to turn it off or on and pick either UEFI with Legacy OPROM or just one of them—I really don’t understand what you’re dealing with.
I was adjusting the boot options and now everything is blank, no output or text appears, but the code remains unchanged Ad
