I purchased the PowerWalker 1800W VFI 2000 AT FR and am very satisfied with it. I’d like to set up an automated shutdown at night using their software, since the unit is noisy and lacks fan control. I’ve managed to configure a scheduled shutdown/restore feature, but it only activates when the PC is powered on during the scheduled time. When the PC turns off safely, the UPS enters standby mode, a timer appears on the display, and everything restarts correctly. However, I need it to automatically enter standby when the PC is off as well. I followed all setup steps in the software, turned the PC off for testing, but the UPS didn’t follow the schedule. Could there be something I’m missing? Thank you ahead of time.
