blackouts are happening more frequently and I’m working on my PC. I think a UPS can provide some time to save data, but I’m not sure which one is best for me. My system uses a 750PSU, and I believe that’s all the details needed when choosing one.

No, you need how much power you actually USE/NEED, and your 750w PSU doesn't power your monitor which the UPS does need to. The PSU itself means nothing at all. So please give us the specs of your entire machine, including monitor, and we can help.

a standard apc unit is more than capable of managing the task. your computer isn’t drawing 750 watts at once, and most should be able to handle it for a sufficient duration to conserve energy.

I own three monitors—one at 165Hz and two at 60Hz. The setup includes an MSI Ventus GTX 1650, a 32GB 3200MHz DDR4 RAM, a TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS Wi-Fi II, a Ryzen 7 5700X processor, a Coolermaster 750W gold cooler, and eight 120mm fans totaling 8. I also use a powered USB hub for my Pheripirals, which accounts for nine of the 16 available USB ports.

My computer consumes a lot more energy than this, and my 1500VA inverter is more than capable of keeping me running during outages.
