Needed to lower the internet plan from 350/20 to the standard 125/15, but now I’m getting only about a tenth of the upload speed (1.5upload). I understand speeds can go up to certain limits, yet even at midnight in my area it’s still poor quality. This is the same connection I used before switching to the business plan, and I never faced problems until I downgraded again. Don’t know if anyone else has a solution or idea for this issue. I’ve attached some speed test results from a few days ago (speedtests-2018-03-18-215340.csv).

A. Are you connected through an ISP router? B. Whatever router you're using has been restarted?

Reset the router by unplugging it for 20-30 seconds and then plugging it back in. Contact tech support to send the configuration again or adjust the correct plan on their side. It seems the network setup appears too uniform to load properly.

No undo action as in erase settings and begin fresh – unless it's an ISP router, then they should handle it. Otherwise, even if it's on your property, doing this might cancel your warranty. Based on what I've seen.

I don't have an ISP or a modem/router. You'll need to provide that information yourself.
