I'm experiencing issues while overclocking my GSKILL 3200 to 3600 using Ryzen Master. The system restarts to apply the changes, but power cuts out in my area. When I turn on the PC, the display fails to appear. I removed the CMOS but the screen still appears once in BIOS and then disappears again. It seems the Ryzen Master settings are still attempting to load with Windows. What should I do next? Thank you.

The PC displays the BIOS splash screen and prompts you to press the F8 key. After Windows completes its checks, examine your system for issues and attempt a boot into safe mode to resolve the problem.
