You're looking to push your i5 8600K further by overclocking. Right now it handles 90-100% load at around 58-62°C with 4.1GHz, aiming for about 4.6GHz. You have a Cryo H7 cooler and are using an MSI Z370-A Pro setup. Someone could help you figure out the best path forward.

It seems no one can provide a clear response because each chip behaves differently and people vary in speed. You might want to attempt it on your own, go slow, and observe the stable output you achieve.

4.6GHz is straightforward to achieve, yet it's wise to investigate voltage control methods first.

your processor is ramping up to 4.3ghz, it seems it could handle going up to 4.6 without changing the voltage settings

I tested at 4.8ghz with 1.35v on my 8700k using a Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi. This result isn't a full picture, but for lighter loads (around A64/XTU stress, not P95), the H7 should manage up to 1.35v on a six-core processor.
