It seems like the issue is already resolved. Others on YouTube and forums successfully handled the situation by overclocking it.

Turbo Overclocking +0 indicates no multiplier overclocking support. X series CPUs require boards with BCLK overclocking enabled. The 26 multiplier is only present when the core C states are active in the BIOS, such as C3, C6 or C7.
