Hello there,
I've had my PC for almost 11 years now and I think the need for upgrade started since last year.
So, this is what I got now:
Intel Pentium E5700 @ 3 GHz
4GB of DDR3 RAM @ 1333 MHz
No GPU
I am a gamer as well as an intermediate programmer.
Languages I use: JAVA, python, C++
Games I play: CSGO, HITMAN, COD, FIFA, Battlefield 3.
It has been a year that with more and more updates my PC doesn't seem to hold up.(You see it cannot even handle the latest version chrome)
Oh, almost forgot: It also can't handle latest windows updates for the languages I mentioned earlier.
I have also developed an interest towards the Battle Royale Games like PUBG and COD BO IIII.
Also Rainbow VI Seige looks amazing to me.
I see current Intel 8th and 9th gen lineup is dominating but I also hear that ryzen lineup provides for more future proofing. Is that true?
Oh, yes: I am not a hardcore gamer who wants 4k 60 fps ultra settings stuff. I am happy at 768p with high-ultra, 1080p @medium-high 45-60 fps
Can anyone suggest a good build within 600USD which will hold up like the one I am having now(or for like at least 5 years)?
