That why I’d wait for benchmarks so u can make a better choice, it’s apears to be different to 2020, there a 50mb download speed requirement to play the game so the cpu is gona have a Lott of texture decoding to do which scales with cores

You're on the right track, especially with the upcoming FS 24 release. Since I've pre-ordered it, I can test it myself, though I'm finding it challenging to do so graphically at ultra settings. My concerns about CPU usage are valid—especially with add-ons like PMDG, FenixSim, or TFDi that consume significant resources. I shared my typical usage: around 50-60% in city areas and higher during traffic, with AI traffic also taxing the CPU. He suggested that spending over 1000€ might not be worth it since my CPU rarely hits 70%, and he recommended prioritizing a GPU upgrade instead. He mentioned a 5070 or 5080 at 1440P could last a while, and if the CPU ever gets overwhelmed, just boosting resolution would help. Overall, I feel the pace of upgrades is accelerating, so I'm trying to balance performance gains with cost.
