Hello everyone, I'm looking for some advice. I mostly play video games and am interested in learning UE5 and modding maps on Ark Ascended. I'm currently using a Ryzen 3600 and plan to upgrade around Black Friday. A 5900X is about $10 cheaper than a 5800X3D. I understand that 3D V-Cache helps with gaming performance, and more cores are also beneficial. Could you share your thoughts on which CPU you'd prefer and why? Thanks!

Focus on gaming for longer periods and you'll get the x3d. Prioritize productivity tasks and you'll receive the 5900. Either choice should give you a good experience.
