I understand, however, the CPU is quite old and it won't match a 3070... definitely not possible! As for you, I’d recommend something from an Intel 10 series or Ryzen 3600 and above. You’ll also need a motherboard and RAM, so a 11700k might be a good fit within your budget—still powerful but not the latest. Alternatively, the AMD 5800x3d would work in a similar range.
