You're asking about whether the H series motherboard supports overclocking after a BIOS update, and whether upgrading from an i5 4460 to an i7 4790K is worthwhile on a budget. It seems you're comparing it to a R5 2600 in terms of gaming performance. Let me know if you'd like a clearer summary!

Don't upgrade just yet; it's safe for Ryzen. The fourth-gen models will drop in price soon. However, the Ryzen 4 is still a bit distant now. Some H-series cards work, but the experience isn't great. Not much room for improvement.
