I recently upgraded to the 3060 Ti from an ASUS ROG Strix 1660 super. I attempted various fixes—re-seating the GPU, testing different PCI-E slots, removing RAM modules, and changing power cables—but nothing resolved the issue. After reinstalling the 1660 super, everything functioned correctly. I’m seeking advice and have updated the BIOS and disabled Fast Boot in the BIOS settings. The changes seem to have helped, though I’m still unsure what worked best. Updated September 24, 2021 by hesketh247

Check the jumper or battery connection. If power is low, it might be a pull issue or a drain.

I would test it in a different setup if feasible, using a more powerful PSU for added confidence before finalizing the GPU placement.

You have the same problem with identical hardware. Did they resolve it? I think they did after the "update" mentioned. I haven't noticed a BIOS problem preventing the GPU from booting into the OS.
