I recently switched my GPU from a 1660 Super to a 3060 and have been experiencing severe stutters. My GPU usage stays under 10% during gameplay, but performance is still poor. I’ve tried everything without improvement. Could you help me understand what’s going on with my setup? My CPU is a Ryzen 9 3900X, motherboard is B450 Tomahawk Gaming, plus 32GB RAM, power supply is a Thermaltake 600W unit. Nothing seems to fix the issue.

I didn't use ddu, I'm not very sure what it is, though I have some knowledge. But I went into Device Manager, removed my drivers, and then restored them.

DDU is a tool for removing display drivers, it’s suggested to rely on it since it clears all remnants of previous drivers. Your recent removal doesn’t seem very complete.

You can track GPU utilization, CPU load, frame rates, and more by using system monitoring tools or software designed for performance analysis.

I'm not working much, just checking my status in Task Manager.
