Upgraded but failing to start up
Hi, I just installed the new system and after setting it up, I attempted to overclock the Ryzen 5 1600 to 3.7 GHz which caused a voltage issue with 0,192. I tried connecting a clear CMOS and removing the battery, but that didn't resolve the problem. The fix came from moving the RAM sticks. The motherboard is Gigabyte AB350 g3, CPU is Ryzen 5 1600, GPU is GTX 1070, RAM is Corsair Vengeance 16 GB at 3200 MHz.
The superninja claims that clearing CMOS requires fully cutting power to the PC prior to shorting the jumpers or taking out the battery; otherwise, no effect occurs.
did you remove the chord from the socket during that action? all the cords are correctly connected.
it doesn't function when it stays connected. I have one with two pins instead of three.
