Hello, your question is clear. You're upgrading your hardware—SSD, motherboard, and processor—and wondering if you need a fresh Windows 10 installation despite using the same SSD. It's good you're checking online for accurate info before making changes.

It seems uncertain, but you may need to re-enter your product key at most.

Your copy originated from an OEM key, so you must obtain a replacement. If the key is sold in retail, it may be valid for three uses.

I usually suggest performing a fresh installation when updating components such as your motherboard. It often eliminates many troubles when working with drivers.

If your operating system and files are stored on the SSD, a fresh installation should remove everything completely.

It's a good idea to keep two HDDs—one for storing system files and the other for backups. A 4TB drive works well for this setup.

You should check if your SSD needs any changes after backing up, or if using a fresh Windows 10 install on a new board will handle it. Let me know if you need more details.

When reinstalling Windows, ensure you're not using the Windows 10 Upgrade tool. If installing from a disk or USB, you'll have an option to format the drive there. You can also perform basic hard drive maintenance, such as creating partitions. For downloading Windows 10 again or using their tools to create a USB stick, visit the provided link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10
