I own a 64GB Corsair Vengeance 3200, purchased in August, along with a new PC that won a New Year's giveaway. It also has a 32GB G-Skill Trident Z Neo 3600. I need advice on which RAM to install.

You work with substantial data volumes. A higher amount of RAM paired with a moderate speed seems more practical for your needs.

Not too busy, I enjoy keeping multiple windows open with several tabs in each, doing day trading, and playing games!

Even 32GB seems excessive for this setup. With 16GB I can play games, stream videos, and run a Plex server smoothly. The difference between 3200MHz and 3600MHz isn’t noticeable. Focus on clock speed instead; compare the timings to find the better option. You can use HWiNFO for this. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. The first number indicates RAM type—lower is preferable. Either way, 32GB comfortably fits your needs.

I used to think those were scams and nobody actually wins, so congrats! I’d recommend the 32GB model just because I guess you enjoy gaming and probably don’t need the extra 32GB of the slower version. In the worst case, you could sell the 64GB one and buy a matching 32GB unit to get your 64GB RAM that way.
