If you're not familiar with this, using any of the CPUs you mentioned will need a new motherboard. The 8th and 9th generation Intel CPUs use LGA 1151 "rev2" connectors, meaning you'll need a 300-series board. Your existing motherboard won't work with the i7-6700 processor.
