You can transfer your Windows installation and Steam library by using a tool like Rufus or WinRAR to create backup images of both drives, then copy them to your new drive. After that, you can reinstall Windows on the new drive and move your Steam library over.

Do you have a lot of files stored on your Windows storage? If not, I can create a backup by copying the old drive to a fresh one using tools such as Macrium. Depending on the specific drive, there might be specialized software available. Then simply move your Steam library folder to the new drive and configure Steam to recognize it. It’s quite straightforward. What capacity and make of the new drive should you choose? How much space does the current drive have left?

The older unit is a 980 Pro with 1TB, while the newer one is a TForce Carder A440 Pro with 2TB. There was some leftover debris on the old drive, but I’m open to cloning if it’s the better approach.

It’s the simplest option besides reinstalling Windows. Would you mind skipping the TForce setup and copying the Steam library directly, instead of using the 980 bootloader?
