I need to upgrade my firewall. I'm currently using an ASA 5505. My budget is between £200 and £230. I require gigabit ports and definitely VPN support. A throughput of 100Mbps is more than sufficient for my needs.

Space and dimensions aren't a concern. Requires gigabit connectivity with VPN speeds of 100Mbp. Cost falls between £200 and £230. You mentioned needing something quiet, since your current Dell PE R210 II is quite loud. TY.
