I’m preparing your motherboard and CPU for an upgrade to Intel B660 and i5 12400F. Make sure you check compatibility, update BIOS, test connections, and verify power delivery before proceeding.

Ensure all your information is saved before proceeding. If your motherboard refuses the new operating system, you may need to reinstall it. Also, clarify which version you're transitioning from—check that you have the correct adapters and accessories.

I’m not keen on making a backup right now. I’m upgrading to a newer model with an AMD 3D graphics card and a B660 ASUS Prime B660M, and I’m connecting it via Wi-Fi.

You face the chance of losing everything if there are problems with the previous setup on the new motherboard and CPU. It’s always wise to keep a copy of your data safe.

You can save your data by using cloud services, external drives, or built-in backup features on your device.
