Hi, I’m considering purchasing an LG Gram laptop. The model you’re interested in has a 256GB M.2 SSD, but my current laptop uses a 525GB M.2 drive. How can I transfer the operating system to the new drive so everything works smoothly? I plan to buy it brand new, so there’s no risk of data loss. Additionally, I have a PC with two empty M.2 slots—would that be helpful?

Setting up an operating system on a laptop is largely the same as doing it for a desktop. Search online for instructions on installing Windows from a USB drive.

Create a USB with the ISO file using the Windows installer first. Insert the SSD, connect the USB, adjust the boot settings in BIOS, then proceed with the installation steps. The license key is printed on the motherboard and activates automatically.
