Hello, I'm looking to increase my laptop's RAM from 8GB to 12GB. Currently, with 8GB I experience lag when playing Minecraft Java, using Discord and Microsoft Edge simultaneously, followed by noticeable slowdowns. Will this upgrade resolve the performance issues? Additionally, I have integrated graphics that consume 2GB of RAM. If I upgrade, will the GPU usage increase or stay at 2GB?

Review your memory consumption in the task manager and ensure it doesn’t exceed 90% utilization. Increasing RAM should likely improve performance if this condition is met.
