I have a 2021 Asus G14 laptop and I’m considering upgrading its memory. It currently holds 16GB, with 8GB already soldered onto the motherboard. I’m looking to swap out the 8GB slot with a new one. Would it slow down performance or would it work fine since the other half is fixed? Please suggest a compatible RAM option and let me know if you have any comments. Thanks.
