Can I boost the 9900k using the Thermaltake Rings Silent RGB sync? My i9 is at 4.63GHz in 32°C and it shows a max TDP of 150W.

I don't feel the same, particularly with that 9900k. It's a 30$ upgrade... not even a real push or pull.
