I changed from a Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 7 3700x, but my graphics performance dropped. After a full factory reset and updates, the issue persists. Could there be another reason behind this?

Changing from 3600 to 3700x barely impacts gaming performance. Is XMP activated?
