During CPU updates, certain motherboards may stop during startup and need resetting or confirmation. Additionally, some consumer models won’t boot unless a display adapter is present.

So we're sure it was powered on with a BIOS that supports Ryzen 5000 models. @AbydosOne is right. It's impossible to reach P.O.S.T. without a GPU or iGPU. The Ryzen 3200G includes an iGPU, but the Ryzen 5950X doesn't. You'll need a dedicated graphics card if you don't already have one.

The VRM on that board heats up significantly when running at 12 and 16 cores, so ensure adequate cooling flow.
